1. GENERAL

1.2 – The Product, or parts thereof, may be modified or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion, without generating any additional obligations or liabilities on our part.
1.3 – If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
1.4 – No waiver on our part will be interpreted as a waiver of any previous or subsequent breaches of these Terms.
1.5 – Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an agency, partnership, or any other form of joint venture between you and us.
1.6 – These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Product. You confirm that, by accepting these Terms, you have not relied on any representation except to the extent expressly made in these Terms.
2. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
2.1 – The use of the Product must strictly comply with legal boundaries and is intended solely for lawful purposes. By using it, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to betting carried out through the platform.
2.2 – Meridian Gaming Brasil SPE LTDA, registered under CNPJ 56.195.600/0001-07, headquartered at Rua João Anes, nº 122, Alto da Lapa, São Paulo/SP, has dedicated channels for receiving legal notices, ensuring proper execution of court orders. In case of user exclusion, Meridian Gaming Brasil ensures strict compliance with such orders.
2.3 – Fraud Prevention Policy:
As per Article 23 of Ordinance 1.231 SPA/MF, the right to withdraw funds does not override the right to restrict withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud. An investigative process will be initiated, ensuring the user's right to defense;
Meridian Gaming Brasil may refuse withdrawals if there are indications of fraud, compromising system integrity.
2.4 – Access to the Meridianbet platform, as well as participation in games and the use of any products or services offered, occurs at the user's own initiative and responsibility. While we strive to provide a safe and functional experience, we do not guarantee profits or uninterrupted service.
2.5 – Minors and Legally Restricted Individuals: Access and use of the account are prohibited for individuals under 18 or those legally restricted, as per Law No. 14.790 of 2023. If such access occurs, the account will be closed, and relevant authorities will be notified.
3. NO WARRANTY
3.1 – We will use reasonable efforts to make the Product available with due skill and in accordance with commercially acceptable standards. However, the Product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.
3.2 – We do not guarantee that the Product will meet users’ specific expectations or needs, nor that it will be free from errors, failures, interruptions, viruses, or other vulnerabilities. Likewise, we shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from third-party actions, including unauthorized access or external attacks.
3.3 – In the event of a technical malfunction of the platform, including but not limited to server failures, connection problems, display errors, system bugs, or any other operational anomalies, the Operator reserves the right to:
a) void or invalidate any bets affected by the issue, regardless of whether they benefited or harmed the bettor;
b) temporarily suspend the acceptance of new bets until the incident is fully resolved;
c) adjust, correct, or cancel winnings or losses from bets that were placed, confirmed, or settled incorrectly due to the technical error, restoring the correct outcome.
3.3.1 – In such situations, the Operator may choose to refund the full amount wagered or rectify the result, always aiming to preserve the integrity and fairness of operations. In the event of system errors, such as failures in drawings or bet settlements, we reserve the right to void the affected bets and refund the amounts wagered.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1 – By using the Product, you acknowledge and agree that usage is at your own risk.
4.2 – We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of our products or services, including loss of business or profits.
4.3 – We are not responsible for loss of content transmitted through the Product, or for changes, suspension, or discontinuation.
5. INDEMNITY
5.1 – You agree to indemnify us against any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses resulting from the breach of these terms or misuse of the Product.
5.2 – No refunds will be issued for amounts used on Meridianbet.
6. TERMINATION
6.1 – We may terminate your account without prior notice if we believe you have violated any of these terms or acted inconsistently with their spirit.
6.2 – If it is found that you have repeatedly exploited technical errors on the site to obtain profits, which is considered an illegal practice, we may terminate your account.
6.3 – You acknowledge and agree that your account may be terminated without prior notice, in the cases provided in these Terms or as otherwise permitted by law.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 – All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to materials provided on Meridianbet remain with us or our licensors.
7.2 – The site's materials are for personal use only. Copying, reproducing, or creating derivative works is prohibited.
8. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION / BETTING
8.1 – False Data and Identification: The company may remove users with false information or who fail to provide valid identification documents.
8.2 – One Account per User: Users are allowed only one account. Duplicate accounts will be canceled, and bets annulled.
8.3 – Fraud Suspicion: In suspected fraud or manipulation, the company may remove the user and report to authorities.
8.4 – Exclusive Use: Your account is for personal betting use only. Account sharing or betting on behalf of others is prohibited.
8.5 – Information Verification: Meridianbet may periodically request information updates. Inaccurate data may block access to the platform.

8.7 – Identity Verification: Identity checks are implemented as required by law. Providing false information may lead to suspension.
8.8 – Exclusive Use: Your account must only be used for betting. We may monitor account activity and request security checks.
8.9 – Player Obligations:
You declare to be over 18 years old, the legal age for betting in this jurisdiction;
You play solely for recreational purposes and accept the risk of loss;
All provided information must be accurate and complete.
9. PAYMENT METHODS
9.1 – Meridianbet reserves the right to accept deposits and withdrawals within set limits displayed on the Transactions page.
9.2 – Deposit and Withdrawal Limits:
Minimum deposit: R$ 1.00;
Minimum withdrawal: R$ 1.00.
9.3 – Depending on the chosen payment method, minimum and/or maximum limits may apply, based on financial or PSP regulations. These limits are not imposed by Meridianbet but by external policies. We strive to process withdrawals promptly and fee-free, in compliance with Ordinances 1.231 and 615.
9.4 – To process withdrawals, Meridianbet may request identification (passport, ID, driver’s license) and proof of address. Failure to provide such documents may result in blocked withdrawals and/or temporary account suspension.
9.5 – Meridianbet will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Failure to provide documentation in due time may lead to cancellation of withdrawal requests and/or account blocks.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
10.1 – The Privacy Policy outlines how personal data is collected, processed, and protected. By accepting it, users consent to its terms.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.3 – Response Deadlines:
For bet outcome complaints: within 7 calendar days;
For other issues (e.g., payment, suspension): within 1 calendar month.
11.4 – We commit to respond within 14 days after receiving a complaint.
11.5 – Disputes may be resolved via non-binding, voluntary mediation.
12. CANCELLATION, TERMINATION, SUSPENSION, AND BREACH
12.1 - The company may suspend or terminate the user’s account if there is suspicion of illegal or fraudulent activities, addictive activities or a violation of the agreement terms.
12.2 - In the event of suspension or account closure, any existing funds may be temporarily frozen until the appropriate investigations are completed. If a serious breach of these Terms or applicable legislation is confirmed by competent authorities or a court decision, the relevant legal measures regarding such funds may be taken.
12.3 - We may refuse to open an account at our discretion for any legitimate reason.
12.4 - We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation or suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions, any legal or regulatory rule, or for any other valid reason, such as fraud, intermediation, or system risk. After your account is closed, if there is a balance available, it will be returned to you in a timely manner and no later than five (5) business days, unless there is a reason to withhold such funds.
12.5 - We understand that mistakes and typos can happen; however, if we identify that the information provided during registration is incorrect, we reserve the right to close your account and withhold any deposited funds. Likewise, if you do not pass our identity verification procedures, we will also close your account and retain any winnings, if applicable.
12.6 - If you attempt to open another account in addition to your original account, we will block or close the additional account. We may also block or close your original account. If we choose to maintain your original account, any balances from other accounts will be transferred to it.
12.7 - If we identify that more than one account is registered at your address, we may block or close all accounts associated with that address.
12.8 - We may share your personal and payment information with third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy to confirm and validate your identity or as part of any other verification procedure required by authorities or by us.
12.9 - We do not offer any type of credit other than promotional campaigns as permitted by law and regulations from the Ministry of Finance’s Prizes and Betting Secretariat. We do not grant loans, and you may not gamble on credit; meaning, you can only play with the funds available in your account. The balance in your account will not earn interest or any other type of return, and Meridianbet should not be considered a financial institution.
12.10 - If we identify that you are using the site for purposes other than recreation, we will adjust your account to remove any funds obtained from such activity and may also permanently close your account.
12.11 - We may refuse, limit, or terminate any bet in accordance with our internal policies and regulations.
12.12 - Betting limits vary by sport, market, event, or specific selection. If you attempt to place a bet exceeding the permitted limit, we will inform you at the time of the attempt of the maximum accepted amount for that selection. This amount represents the exposure cap defined for that market and cannot be exceeded.
12.13 - These limits may be adjusted at any time without prior notice based on factors including, but not limited to:
Financial risk associated with the bet or event;
Monitoring of irregular or suspicious betting patterns;
Safeguards against abusive practices;
Integrity of the sporting event; and
Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing policies.
These measures aim to ensure the security of the platform, protect players, and maintain the integrity of betting operations.
12.14 - We will declare the partial or total cancellation of a bet (and/or close your account) if we believe that any of the following situations have occurred:
You or persons associated with you directly or indirectly influenced the outcome of an event;
You or persons associated with you may have access to privileged information that could influence the outcome of an event;
You or persons associated with you are involved in arbitrage or matched betting practices;
You acted in collusion with other players;
You and/or persons associated with you directly or indirectly ignored the Rules;
The outcome of an event was directly or indirectly affected by criminal activity;
There was a significant change in odds due to, for example, a public announcement related to an event;
Bets were offered, made, and/or accepted that we would not have accepted but for a technical problem on the Site at that time, or due to a computer error, misprint, and/or any other occurrence beyond our control;
If we identify that you used VPNs, jailbroken or rooted devices to mask your location, your identity, or to share your account with third parties; and
If we identify that you used value betting or sure bets platforms, websites, or apps to exploit technical issues on our Site or in our offers.
12.15 - We may close your account, cancel and/or return your winnings from the “Available to Bet” balance (after deducting any withdrawal fees), withhold winnings and/or debit amounts (related to damages caused by you), without prior notice or justification.
12.16 - If we suspect that you are involved in illegal or fraudulent activities related to your use of the Site (or third-party use of the Site), or that you are having creditor issues or are involved in any other behavior that is harmful to the Site, we may freeze or close your account and/or cancel bets.
12.17 - We offer fair, open, and transparent progressive jackpots in specific games for players who use our services for recreational purposes only. If we suspect that the spirit of the game or promotion has been violated, we reserve the right to suspend or completely cancel your access to the respective game. If deemed necessary, we may also close your account with immediate effect. If your account has been closed, we are not responsible for any losses up to the point the account was closed, nor will we consider any refunds of remaining balances.
“Abuse” in this context is defined as (but not limited to):
i. playing with software assistance across multiple games simultaneously to generate more rounds than a human player could naturally do alone;
ii. engaging in “cherry-picking” gameplay on “value” jackpots while excluding all other games — this will be considered abuse of the intended purpose of the jackpot.
In all proven cases of abuse, with a high degree of confidence, we reserve the right to confiscate all winnings and any remaining account balance.
12.18 - All transactions will be monitored and/or evaluated in accordance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations. If we identify signs of such practices, we may suspend or close your account and report it to the appropriate authorities, as required by applicable regulations.
13. BONUS TERMS
In compliance with Federal Law No. 14.790/2023 and Ordinance SPA/MF No. 1.231/2024, MeridianBet does not offer bonuses, advances, or promotional incentives for betting.
14. EARLY PAYOUT FEATURE
14.1 – The “Early Payout” feature considers a bet as a winner if the selected team gains a specific lead during an event, varying by sport.
14.2 – Eligibility with Other Features:
Cashout: Bets with Early Payout selections qualify for standard cashout;
Combo Bonus: Such bets are eligible for combo bonuses;
Early Payout selections can be combined with other markets.
14.3 – Sports & Conditions:
Football: 2-goal lead;
Basketball: 18-point lead;
Handball: 6-goal lead;
Ice Hockey: 3-goal lead;
Tennis: Win a set by 6:0 or 0:6;
American Football: 17-point lead.
14.4 – Not all events support Early Payout. Eligible events are marked with a green badge.
